Vineyards: In the uncontaminated territory of Sambuca di Sicilia, a generous land hosts our very old vineyards inherited from a millenary tradition. A pure sky due to the absence of polluting activities, crystal clear waters of the Arancio Lake and a microclimate with important thermal excursions even in the hottest months are the right conditions to create this outstanding wine.
Vinification: Skin-contact for at least 15 days, then fermentation and pressing. Ageing in French and American oak barrels for 18 months. 18 months bottle ageing.
