Production Area: Canosa di Puglia, Puglia
Vineyards: Our Sangiovese and Merlot express distinctive characteristics in this area of Puglia, thanks to the strength of the sunlight and the high temperatures during the ripening period. Its color is very deep and the aromas on the nose are of rich, ripe fruit.
Vinification: Soft crushing and de-stemming; maceration at 26 - 28°C, in order to achieve a good extraction of noble substances from the skins.
