Organic extra virgin olive oil

All the olives used were organically grown.

The varieties are: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, San Felice (this one is an autochthonous cultivar from Giano dell’Umbria).

Oil production

Healthy, ripe olives are placed in small crates carried daily to the oil press for cold pressing at 27°C.

Organoleptic features

It offers the maximum in genuineness and taste. The color is green with shades of yellow. Olive and artichoke aroma with slightly bitter aftertaste. Good piquancy.

Combinations: Excellent for bruschetta. Use raw on legume soups and meat grilled.
Acidity level: 0.20% at bottling.
Peroxide number: 7.40 at bottling.
Storage temperature: 10-14°C.
