Amber beer of 6.0% alcohol to be enjoyed at 10-12 °C preferably in a Crafty glass.
A moderate hopping and the use of Muscat grape must make it fully eligible for the IGA (Italian Grape Ale) category. The delicate bitterness, the important body and the final roundness (due to the must), make it particularly suitable for meat dishes.
