Organic Wine
Region: Verona, Veneto.
Vineyards: From hillside vineyards in Custoza Area. Grapes are grown with an integrated agriculture to fight environmental impact, in full respect of the territory and tradition.
Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano, Riesling and Cortese.
Vinification: Hand harvest of the grapes.
Traditional soft pressing and vinification without the skins.
Fermentation at controlled temperature.
