Wine Description
The family's flagship white wine 'Helios' is named after the Greek god of sun and father Aurelio.
It's a blend of old vine single vineyard Grillo and Chardonnay.
The low yielding vines are hand-picked, de-stemmed followed by a partial fermentation in barrel and the remaining in stainless steel tank.
The wine evolves in tank on fine lees for around 9 months before bottling.
