The red fruit follows onto the palate which is medium bodied with elegant silky tannins and a lively clean finish.
One red with structure and great harmony, it goes perfectly with red meats. With the fillet of chianina is a perfect pair.

Vineyards: Bolgheri is one of the most suitable wine region: a sunny and well-ventilated area thanks to the light sea breeze, a soil of light alluvial origin, with sandy layers on the surface and a deep clay base. It is precisely this natural soil quality that is also reflected in our wine: wine that combines finesse, elegance and persistence.
Vinification: Vinification takes place after delicate pressing of the grapes. Maceration on the skins for 1 - 2 weeks. 9 months aging in French barriques.
