Vineyards: Syrah is a noble Mediterranean grape which grows on the hills of Sambuca, with perfect sun exposure on a fresh soil with a combination of limestone and clay.
The Lake Arancio helps the plans to get nutrients and water during the very drought season and develop a spicy and fruity note.
Vinification: The grapes are lightly pressed to avoid green tannins. Maceration at controlled temperature for about 10-12 days. The must is reassembled every 4 hours. Stainless-steel tanks.
