Red fruit aroma, intense, with herbaceous and balsamic hints.
Full-bodied, tannic. Aftertaste of red fruit, warm ending.
It marches perfectly well with cold cuts, beef tagliata and pasta. Excellent with typical Mediterranean and Sicilian recipes.

Sicily Wine
Variety: Nero D’Avola 70%, Merlot 30%
Production Area: Sambuca di Sicilia, AG
Vineyards: Our grapes grow at 350 meters above sea level on the clay and limestone slope. The thermic excursion between day and night create an explosive concentration of flavours in the grapes. The wine develops minerality after taste thanks to soil composition.
Vinification: Maceration at controlled temperature. Destemming followed by fermentation with maceration for 10 - 12 days at low temperature. Ageing in French oak barrels for 8 months; bottle ageing for no less than 6 months before being released on the market.
