Grappa Sagrantino barrel-aged organic certified
Organic grappa, it was aged in wood barrels.
It was obtained by the discontinuous method, that is the best way to have the aroma of the specific grape, that in this case is Sagrantino.
Pomace of Sagrantino grapes harvested in the Montefalco area, only organically grown.
Method of distillation
Traditional. Discontinuous Method. Made in “Bagnomaria” still.
Aging: 12 months in barriques (225L wood barrels)
Bouquet: Frank. Very generous.
It is smoother than the not aged grappa.
Serving suggestions: Perfect as an after-meal. It should be served at room temperature.
Alcohol content: 43% by vol.
Bottle size: 50 cl.
