Wine vinegar are made by double microbiological fermentation (alcoholic/acetic) of agricultural raw materials.
The wine vinegar LEZIRIA is bright yellow, with flavor and aroma hints coming from the raw material used, as well as a characteristic acidity.

The marshy land of Ribatejo - Portugal, with its rich color and intense aromas, was the inspiration for the creation of LEZIRIA brand in 1959.
Besides the vinegar, which has become a national reference and symbol of Portugal in Portuguese communities in the four corners of the world, the brand currently has a broad portfolio of products including piri-piri sauce, olives and lupines beans, thus keeping the connection to the roots of the land and the traditions that are so familiar.
