

It comes from Roddi’s vineyards. A wine with slight acidity that dissolves in a sweet fruitiness.
It has an intense ruby red color with rich violet hues; violet hints.
Perfumes are winey at first, sometimes resemble the must during fermentation; once rested it will show intense and persistent floral notes, rose, freshly picked fruit, currants and sour black cherry.
The mouth feel acidity is just slightly pronounced that dissolves in the sweet fruitiness. The finish is long and enlightens a mature and pulpy fruit.
This red wine is well paired with aperitifs with bread, salame and seasoned cheese or lunch with pasta based first courses with strong sauces and stuffed pasta.
Best served: Between 16 and 17°C

The freshly harvested grapes are destemmed, pressed, and placed in horizontal vats that can rotate at a temperature of 18°C for 2 days to bring out their primary aromas.
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 26°C and then the drawing-off, once fermentation is completed.
After few pouring’s the malolactic fermentation takes place.
