It is made out of the selection of the best grapes from Elia vineyard in Roddi d’Alba.
A wine with a great structure.
It has an intense ruby red color with rich violet hues.
The bouquet offers an intense range of scents of a varietal nature: from red roses to the fruitiness of raspberries, sour black cherries and blackberries and red plum.
A noble but not over-austere wine that goes well with boiled and roasted meats.
