Slightly tannic, tannins are firm and smooth, clean and dry on the finish.
We suggest it with Slow-cooked rack of lamb, pappardelle with pork ragout, roasts, filet mignon.

Vineyards: The Vesevo vineyards are situated at between 450 and 550 meters above sea level and benefit from the cool breeze blowing off the Bay of Naples.
Over the centuries, this breeze has blown volcanic ash from Vesuvius inland to give the soil here a poor, volcanic character.
Vinification: Stalk-stripping and delicate crushing. Maceration for 10-15 days at a temperature of 26°C. 8 months maturation in barrels.
