Winemaking Process
The grapes Chardonnay are hand-picked and carry in small boxes, in the first ten days of September and are subjected to soft pressing.
Turn the temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged in small steel tanks of small size for a few months and at least three months in bottle before putting on the market.
Taste: A wine that shows an intact fruit and well defined, opening slowly to the mandarin and grapefruit aromas.
Serving suggestions: we recommend fish dishes of the Sicilian tradition, convivial wine, excellent as an aperitif.
Label
The label, the colors modern and current, has the goal to make explicit the link between the wine and the manufacturing concept through the representation of a Sun composed of a set of figures that intersect like tasting hand for.

ABV: 13.0% Vol.
Best to serve: Serve in tulip-shaped goblets of medium size; excellent at 9°-11°C, it can be opened at the moment.
