Tuscany Wine
Varieties: Sangiovese 90% and Merlot 10%
Vineyards: The vineyards facing south west in the mid slopes, vines are planted on a mix of clay and limestone soils on which Sangiovese and Merlot can give the best expression.
Vinification: Vinification takes place after delicate crushing of the grapes. The must macerates on the skins for 1 - 2 weeks in order to favor the extraction of color and other polyphenolic substances.
