It is a Franciacorta D.O.C.G., refined for 36 months, originated from the rosé wine-making of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
Such hand-picked grapes fill the chalice with a clear and faint pink, extremely fine and persistent perlage and a fine bouquet of red fruits, in addition to strawberry and wild berries scents.

Decantation

At least 36 months on the yeasts in steel tanks/oak barriques and minimum 3 months of post degorgement
