It will find its best pairing T-bone steak, gourmet burgers and game. Delicious also with beef and mushrooms.

Sicily Wine

Production Area: Sambuca di Sicilia, AG
Vineyards: Located in the Sambuca countryside of Sicily, on the shores of Lake Arancio, our vineyards are enhanced by the sun and wind together with daily care and are able to produce very high quality wine.
Vinification: The grapes are lightly pressed to avoid green tannins. Maceration at controlled temperature for about 10-12 days.
The must is reassembled every 4 hours. Ageing in stainless-steel tanks.
